Retake the Vigil's base camp is a level 56 event that occurs in Fort Cadence. This event occurs after the Vigil and the players fail to defend Fort Cadence's shoreline against the Risen invasion. The beach, now occupied by the Risen, must be retaken to recapture the siege weapons needed to resume the event Sink the Ash Horizon.
