• This upgrade does not require any materials, only Favor and Gold.
• The anvil is located just to the west of the Central Hollow Waypoint in Gilded Hollow, north of the Haven Terrace Waypoint in Windswept Haven and south of Central Precipice Waypoint in Lost Precipice.
