Remaris Earshot is a Renown Heart NPC located in northern Sanctum Way just outside Incendio Templum in Diessa Plateau. After assisting the Ash Legion she will begin offering items as a karma merchant.
She sells the Prize Winning Horn which is used in the Treasure Hunter achievement.

- I mean you should infiltrate the Flame Legion HQ, maybe take out a few of their turrets. It's only a matter of time before they attack us. Killing a few would throw them off their game.
- Why don't you go?
- My warband depends on these ears of mine for gathering intelligence. No one else can compare. It's tough having to hold back, but somebody has to do it. If you see a Flame kitten, kill one for me, okay?

- They won't know what hit 'em.
- What is the Flame Legion doing here?
- Spreading and destroying—what fire typically does. They've got a base near here, and best we can tell, they plan to burn south and southwest, turning everything in their path to rubble.
- I see.

Well now. Color me impressed. It's not everybody that can walk into a Flame HQ and make it out alive. You've done a great service for the Legion.
