Objectives[edit]

Before event: Harbormaster Yousra: No sooner do we open our harbor to outlanders than they start polluting it.; Harbormaster Yousra: Whoever or whatever this Consortium is, they can't just throw their trash in our waters.

After speaking to Harbormaster Yousra: Subdirector Phexx: Hurry up and get that cargo unloaded.; Harbormaster Yousra: Who's responsible for this mess?; Subdirector Phexx: Well, ahai there. I'm the brand ambassador assigned to this Consortium outreach project. How can I help you?; Harbormaster Yousra: Outreach ambassador...? Is that your ship at the bottom of our harbor?; Subdirector Phexx: Yes, we did experience a minor setback. At no loss of life, I want to point out.; Harbormaster Yousra: Even so, you're responsible for cleanup. Your cargo is already attracting dangerous sea creatures and blocking our port!; Subdirector Phexx: Oh, I'm afraid we're simply not staffed for a salvage operation at this time.; Harbormaster Yousra: I don't have the workers to clean up your mess!; Subdirector Phexx: I'm hearing you, and I assure you we do sympathize with your plight.; Player character: Let me handle this.

Event success: Harbormaster Yousra: I'm confiscating your cargo on behalf of the Council of Amnoon, to fund the cleanup of our harbor.; Subdirector Phexx: You are, of course, welcome to keep any of the Consortium's wares that you manage to salvage. Consider them free samples.; Harbormaster Yousra: Hmph. Perhaps next time you won't be so reckless.

Event failure: Subdirector Phexx: If a Consortium representative should contact you with a brief satisfaction survey, can I count on you rating our interaction well?; Harbormaster Yousra: Don't worry, I won't hesitate to describe your cooperation here today.; Subdirector Phexx: Uh... Good fortune to you, too!

A Star to Guide Us: Good, Better, Nest — Collect at least 5 gifts for the nest Taimi is building. (3)
- Completion of this event is required for Chief Councilor Imann to be able to send her gift.

The shark and hermit crab foes have a chance at dropping Consortium Cargo.
The time from the completion of the event to it spawning again seems to be around 12 minutes. More like 5-10 Minutes.
The event requirement scales with nearby players, so if people are fishing nearby, you may not be able to complete this event without gathering a large group.
