Rations is an effect which tracks how many uses of the Deliver Rations skill you have left. You gain 10 stacks when you pick up a bundle of Rations or 5 stacks when you pick up a bundle of Shipwrecked Rations, and lose a stack each time you use the skill in range of a Hungry Seraph Soldier.
