Ebonhawke Pipe Organ
Stronghold of Ebonhawke, in Fields of Ruin, behind nobles on a balcony near the vista. The pipe organ at this location was previously removed but has been confirmed to have been restored to the game as of 3/24/2014, and at an unknown point in time was restored to being able to be interacted with. However since then, it has been frequently bugged, and has either been able to be played, but the chest wouldn't reveal itself, or couldn't be interacted with at all.
