How do you get what you're looking for?

My devourers. I've trained about a dozen of the the ugly buggers to scrounge for anything shiny. There's a fortune in pebbles ripe for the taking.

They're smarter than they look. They're also loyal and they just love to dig. I show them what I'm looking for, and they find it.
