Obi is a Sunspear found inside Old Command Post, near the eastern entrance.

After you cleared out Sun's Refuge, Koss told us to look around here for a way back into Jahai. Took some digging, but we found it!

Where does this go?

North of Argon Garrison. Seems this passage was used by Sunspears hundred of years ago, but it was blocked.

Is it safe?

It is now. Only one dolyak was injured in the process! Poor Tano. He's recovering in the dolyak pen.
