1 Mortar Shot.png Mortar Shot 0.5½ Launch an explosive round from your mortar, damaging foes in the target area.
2 Poison Gas Shell.png Poison Gas Shell 0.5½ 10 Launch a mortar round that spreads poisonous gas in an area.
3 Endothermic Shell.png Endothermic Shell 0.5½ 15 Launch a mortar round that chills foes in the target area.
4 Flash Shell.png Flash Shell 0.5½ 20 Launch a phosphorous mortar round that burns brightly at impact point.
5 Elixir Shell.png Elixir Shell 0.5½ 24 Elixir. Launch a mortar round that heals allies in the target area.

Notes[edit]

  • The projectile finisher on Mortar Shot requires that the actual projectile pass through a target, merely hitting a target with the projectile's explosion will not create a combo effect.
  • Actual activation time for each skill is 0.8 seconds.
Unlike other kits, the Elite Mortar Kit can't be equipped in midair.

  • Fixed a bug that removed this bundle when it was equipped in Queen's Gauntlet arenas.
May 08, 2018
  • The base damage and cooldowns of all Mortar Kit attacks are no longer split between game modes and will now use the higher 25–33% damage increase with lower cooldowns in all modes.
August 08, 2017 Path of Fire pre-patch:
  • Weapon Kits and Device Kits are now referred to as Engineering kits to reflect that their classifications are functionally the same.
  • Elite Mortar Kit: Fixed a bug that caused the effects for these skills to play incorrectly on WvW walls and doors.
June 23, 2015 Specialization update:
  • Elite Mortar Kit has been added to the game.
