Master Spy Swiftwalker is a hidden npc that players can find by investigating a suspicious looking hole in a cliff southwest of Bloodgorge Watch Camp if the charr control the camp. If not he can be found behind a charr caravan in the south corner of the Spotter's Base, behind the tank. His appearance changes randomly and he claims players may have met in a different form. He seems to have knowledge of the player's exploits.
