Acquisition[edit]
- Head north of the
Fort Cadence Waypoint — towards The Shattered Keep in Sparkfly Fen during Halloween and talk to Wynn, a ghost found at the bottom of the crypt, near the southwest corner. If he is not already revealed, players must use Scan Etheric Field to reveal a Suspicious Location. Interact with the Suspicious Location to spawn Wynn and obtain the item.
