- While normally only accessible during Arcana Obscura, it can also be reached by speaking to Ogden Stonehealer in Gixx's Office of the Durmand Priory's library and request to visit Special Collections. Once there, ascend either one of the staircases, cross the landing, and go down the staircase on the other side, then turn left to go clockwise around the room. In the first alcove on the left, go behind the large book shelf to find the book on the floor next to a red couch.
