Kite Maker was a Guild Armorer located in front of Guild Initiative Headquarters. He could transform an ordinary kite into a Guild Kite and would also sell other guild armorer equipment. Both functions required that your current guild have a Guild Armorer Contract; the cost of converting kites was 15  plus a sun, wind, or lightning kite.

The current pattern and color of your kite will be completely replaced by the new material. Your guild emblem will be visible on a neutral background.

Is it expensive?

Quite expensive, but it's also quite unique. What do you say?

• This NPC was added in the July 9, 2013 update and was to stay indefinitely according to a post by Paul Belz on the Guild Wars 2 Forum. He was later, however, removed with Heart of Thorns expansion.
