Jhalles Coalgrip is a merchant on an island near the Assist Engineer Verutum renown heart and north of the Tuyere Command Post Waypoint in Fireheart Rise. Jhalles appears after successful completion of the Defeat the monstrous tar elemental event, until she leaves to begin the start of the event chain.
