Istan Griffon Master

Istan Griffon Master is an adventure at the Astralarium in which the player needs to fly through all the rings as fast as possible. It unlocks once you get the Griffon Master achievement by mastering Aerial Finesse.

Jump high to the Astralarium vista point and fly east.

It is necessary to use the mastery Aerial Finesse to finish this adventure. When diving with the griffon (standard key V), use your wings to flap (standard key Space) and gain even more speed. At some points in the adventure, you will also need to climb (standard key C). By following the walkthrough, you can expect to finish this adventure in about 32-33 seconds.
- First ring
Start by jumping off to the north, diving and flapping wings to build up enough speed. Do not level off at the height of the ring, instead fly further down until you are at the height of the upper rim of the pillars there.
- Second ring
Turn east and fly through the ring. Try to keep your height by flapping the wings as often as possible, but do not crash into the bridge above.
- Third ring
Fly over the Corsair ship, between the mizzen sail and deck of the ship. Shortly before reaching the third ring, start climbing and only stop when you are at the height of the fourth ring.
- Fourth ring
Level off at just above the upper side of the cliff, where you can see the fourth ring. Try to stay as low as possible while still not touching the ground. Flap your wings as often as possible.
- Fifth ring
After the fourth ring, you need to turn sharply south and then east again. You will find yourself in a cave. Only start diving and flap your wings once when you are almost above the next ring, otherwise you will crash into the terrain.
- Sixth ring
Try to stay low as long as possible to keep speed, then climb shortly before reaching the ring. You will need to climb to about the middle of the ring. Start flapping your wings as soon as you level off.
- Seventh ring
Fly through the small gap in the stone in front of you. As soon as you passed it and the cliff behind, start diving and flap once to gain speed, but beware the wooden structures on the floor. Fly through the last ring.
