Gossiping Miners can be found slacking off around the mine outside of Ebonhawke. With the cease-fire on, attitude is relaxed, and the miners are prone to taking breaks to banter.

Ascalon

Dialogue[edit]

The mood in Ebonhawke has been a lot lighter since the cease-fire began. Yeah, people are still touchy about the charr, but at least they aren't trying to kill us. Feels like I can relax now.
Talk end option tango.png Take care.
This place used to be vital to our survival against the charr. Now we're making big sales to vendors in Divinity's Reach.
Talk more option tango.png Would you rather still be at war?
I don't know. I guess I'm just used to it. The charr have been at our throats for generations. It's a part of who we are. Even good changes take some adjustment.
Talk end option tango.png True enough.
Talk end option tango.png At least you have business for now. Good luck.
Ebonhawke doesn't need all this ore, since the sieges are over. The foreman is ordering us to keep digging like we used to, though. Someone must be buying. Good thing, too. I could use the pay.
Talk end option tango.png Good luck.
You look like you've seen the world. have you ever been to Lion's Arch?
Talk more option tango.png Yes, I have.
I hear all the people there are cutthroats and crooks who would kill their own sister for a loaf of bread. I know of some jobs there, but I'm not sure if anything is worth the risk.
Charisma I'd wager a hard worker like yourself could make a good living there.
You really think so? Hrmm. It wouldn't hurt to go take a look around, would it? Maybe I'll head over on my next day off. Thanks.
Talk end option tango.png Good luck to you!
Dignity Challenges are what make us thrive. Put yourself into the task and surely you'll find success.

Talk end option tango.png Good luck to you!
Ferocity Stick with what you know. You wouldn't last a day there.
Yeah, I guess so. Working here has been good for me so far. I have enough food to feed my family, and they can live in safety inside of Ebonhawke's walls. Thanks for the advice.
Talk end option tango.png Don't mention it.
Talk end option tango.png I'm staying out of this. Catch you later.
Talk more option tango.png No, I haven't.
Really? Me, neither. Getting there's simple. Just take the asura gate to Divinity's Reach. They have a gate there that goes directly to Lion's Arch. Can't seem to bring myself to do it though.
Talk more option tango.png Why not?
I've heard things about Lion's Arch. Merchants might be safe, but a working-class guy like me would be swarmed by thugs the moment I step through the gate.
Talk end option tango.png The only way you'll ever know is if you visit. Take care.
Talk end option tango.png Good-bye.
Talk end option tango.png I don't have time for questions.
