The Fragrant Cactus is a hero point challenge located in Desperate Passage. Interacting with it rewards a Fragrant Cactus Fruit, which can be consumed to gain a hero point.

This strange cactus bears fruit that resonates with power.
Carefully pick a fruit to eat.
Leave.- (if the fruit is already in your inventory)
- You already have a piece of fruit. Eat it to gain a hero point.
- After completion
The cactus bears no more fruit.- Leave.

- If your inventory is full the option to pick a fruit won't be presented.
