- A recommended farming location is Drakkerjorg Pit.
- Also confirmed to have dropped in Straits of Devastation, slightly south east of Elysium Beach in the temple area near Grenth's Statue.
- Also confirmed to have dropped in Cursed Shore, in Winterknell Isle just in front of the Lyssa statues. This is conveniently nearby the Melandru's Orchard achievement. OR in Cathedral of Silence at Murdered Dreams waypoint.
- Also confirmed to have dropped in The Iron Veil on the frozen lake in Timberline Falls.
- Also confirmed to have dropped in Icegate Gorge on the frozen river in Gendarran Fields.
- Also confirmed to have dropped in Frostgorge Sound by the Earthshake Waypoint.
- Can drop from Reward track loot boxes linked to elementals, such as Veteran Ice Elemental Loot Box.
