Drysdan is a sylvari researcher asking for help in collecting special roots for a medicinal potion he is working on. Disguise yourself and gather special roots for Drysdan's medicine, and once you have collected sufficient roots, he turns into a merchant for a short period of time.

There's a special root that I need. I'm working on something to help boost resistance to the Orrian blight. The plants the roots come from are just over there.

Why not just get them yourself?

The plants are surrounded by some beasts that don't take kindly to intruders. I'm more of a researcher than a fighter, you see.
