Dribbin

Dribbin was King Oswald Thorn's conselor. At the time of King Thorn's death, he was an old, wizened man. Dribbin was the one who cast the enchantment on the Shell of Insanity when Prince Edrick Thorn was shoved in it, who sent it off towards the Isle of Istan, and expunged Edrick's name from all records before the mob reached Castle Thorn. It is heavily implied that King Thorn killed Dribbin to ensure the knowledge of Edrick's fate remained unknown.
