Defeat the cave troll is a level 11 dynamic event that occurs in the cave within Altar's Windings. It is triggered when a player picks up an Embedded Troll Runestone lying in the cave, causing the Veteran Cave Troll to spawn. The troll must be killed to complete the event. If there are no players around within range of the Cave Troll, it will rampage through the area to the south of the cave and kill anything in its path.
