Crystal Wing is an area in Dragonfall containing one of Kralkatorrik's wings that Aurene shot off during the story step The End. The wing provides a plentiful source of Kralkatorrik's blood for use in Dragonsblood weapons, as seen in the story step Landfall. The easiest way to reach the top of the wing is to use a skyscale. A Skyscale Roost can be found near the southern tip of the wing if you do not have the mount unlocked.
