The Council has become stagnant and indecisive. The Inquest has stepped in at my request to provide valuable resolution.

Didn't the villain Scarlet once belong to the Inquest?

We knew that miserable, misguided sylvari as Ceara. A singularly brilliant student to be sure, but she was also dangerously defiant of authority and protocol. A pity. And a waste.

Is it true she studied at all three colleges?

Yes, and some of us are still bristling at the egregious absurdity of the Council's decision. She was brilliant for a sylvari, but compared to an asura? Scarcely more than a novelty.

For a novelty, she's done a lot of damage.

True. I'm proud to say the Inquest brushed her off faster than anyone else, but it still wasn't fast enough. Possessing knowledge in excess of one's cranial capacity is always dangerous.
