November 28, 2023	This skill now only scales with a maximum of 5 conditions on the target. Increased the base power coefficient from 0.2 to 0.45 in PvE only. Reduced the bonus power coefficient from 0.03 to 0.025 in PvE only.
August 23, 2022	Reduced the base damage of this skill by 33%. Reduced the damage per condition by 40%.
July 10, 2018	Reduced the base damage of this skill by 33%. Reduced the damage per condition by 40%. (Wiki notes) This patch does not appear to have been implemented.
