Champion Vic the Iron is a bandit leader picking up supplies at the outskirts of Divinity's Reach near the Eastern Divinity Dam. He is accompanied by several veteran and normal bandits.

- Shadow Strike - a ranged attack that shadowsteps to a foe and then attempts to strike them for direct damage and 5 seconds of
Crippled - Rending Slash - a channeled charge with an orange AoE indicator that is a leap finisher and strikes all targets along its path for direct damage and 3 stacks of
Bleeding and 
Knockdown - Shadow Retreat - evade backward, creating a line of dark fields for 1 second that apply
Blinded. They are often hidden by the uneven hilly terrain where the event takes place. - Blast - when underwater, fire a single quick, extremely powerful attack. Substantially more damaging than his other attacks.
