Route from Teku Nuhoch Waypoint using Nuhoch Wallows

Interactive map (Underground)

The center of the Chak Hatchery is full of ley-energy that fosters the newborn Chak. To enter, use the Nuhoch Wallow at the end of the Nuhoch Lane or swim through the underwater tunnels, exiting in the northwest.

Fight or run through chak that guard the hatchery to commune with this point in the center of the cave to complete the hero challenge. Itzel Poison Lore must be trained to survive the cave as it is full of poisonous clouds which kill players within seconds otherwise.

The group event Kill the enraged chak overlord spawns in the center of the cave around the point. If alive and in combat, commune may be difficult. It is perhaps easier/recommended to approach cautiously opposite the champion without pulling aggro, allowing the challenge to be completed without killing the champ.

Trivia[edit]

  • It is also possible to get this Hero point without Itzel Poison Lore by flying over the poison with the Griffon and relogging the character directly above the Hero point - which teleports you to the ground - and then using a quick skill that grants Stability like  Armor of Earth.png Armor of Earth so as to not be interrupted from the Itzel Poison's damage, and communing with the place of power really quickly. This is inconsequential at best.
