- Burst of Strength: Fixed an issue that caused this skill to have an improper cooldown duration of 15 seconds in PvE.

- Burst of Strength: Damage bonus now applies to condition damage as well as strike damage. (PvE only) Reduced cooldown from 15 seconds to 12 seconds. Increased effect duration from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. Reduced damage bonus from 25% to 15%.
