What can I do to help?

If you're looking for stuff to do, we always need more baneberries. Or, you could help scout for bandits and put ghosts to rest. Both are troublesome.

Do you have any tips on scouting for bandits?

What's there to know? They lurk about in shadows, under trees and brush, trying to catch one of us unawares. Best to get the jump on them if you can.

Does it now? We'll see if you still say that next time you stop to search your satchel and find a knife to your...sorry, that was out of line. We've lost valuable soldiers to bandit attacks. Please, just be careful.

Baneberries are poisonous, and they grow beneath tree roots around Hidden Lake. They may smell sweet, but don't be tempted to eat them. Bring any you find straight to me.

What do you do with them?

They're part of our plan to keep Seanan's bandit camp in a weaked [sic] state so they don't go on the offensive against us.

How can I help with the ghosts?

The ghosts around here are centuries old. Most of them are lost and confused. Try to help them remember why they're here. You may have to fight a few, those too deranged to be reasoned with.

We were all selected for this mission because of our proficiencies in espionage, subterfuge, and scouting. Marching with a sword and board works great in the city and against centaurs, but here we require more subtle tactics.

She's the queen of Kryta. Her throne's in Divinity's Reach, where I'm from. We Seraph serve her and our people.

Only because it's you, <Character name>. I can say that rumors reached the queen about White Mantle being around here. Not just ghosts, but flesh and blood. Can you imagine?

What are the implications?

Long, long, long ago, the White Mantle overthrew the Krytan government. If a remnant of the cult still exists, they could be trouble. Let's just say I hope the rumors are false. They're not the good guys.
