Acolyte of Balthazar Sanction is an effect that gives all attacks a 10% chance to inflict burning. It's only seen on Risen that are near the Veteran Risen Acolyte of Balthazar during Kill the veteran Risen Acolyte of Balthazar in the Straits of Devastation.

- Acolyte of Balthazar Sanction does not affect the Veteran Risen Acolyte of Balthazar himself, only his allies.
