"Ronan's Refuge"

"Ronan's Refuge" is a fan name for the as-of-yet-unnamed Sylvari capital city. It was founded by a human named Ronan and a Centaur named Ventari. Ventari was a Centaur who was forced out of his home between the increasing violence between his race and the humans, and Ronan was a Shining Blade warrior whose family were murdered by the Mursaat. The city was founded on the graves of Ronan's family, where he planted a seed which grew into a huge pale oak (see below).

Its notable landmarks include a large pale oak (on which all Sylvari are born) and the Ventari Tablet. It is a sister location to what was once known as Ventari's Refuge, in the respects of being founded on values of peace and mercy and being the home of a huge rare specimen of tree.
